JOB SUMMARY: Assist with maintaining the exterior casino grounds  DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None   KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: * Thoroughly clean windows as directed by Supervisor/Manager. * Ensure that outside areas are free from trash, and all outside ash urns and receptacles are empty. * Follow and adhere to High Dust schedule set. * Adhere to all department and company policies and procedures. * Complete any special projects assigned. * May perform other duties as assigned.   EDUCATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   SOCIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude. Must possess and maintain a valid Indiana driver's license.   ACCESS TO CONFIDENTIAL/ PROPRIETARY INFORMATION: None   ACCESS TO GAMING FLOOR: Requires access to general areas of the gaming facility, back of the house areas of the facility for cleaning, restroom areas, food outlets and offices in the gaming facility. Individuals, 18-20 years of age, may be employed in a non-gaming role with the licensing waiver so they are able to access the casino floor to fulfill their job duties and will not perform any function involving gambling by the patrons.
