About The Role: The Switch Implementation Head will lead the end-to-end delivery, implementation, and optimization of payment switching solutions. This role is accountable for driving successful onboarding of clients onto the Network Flex platform, ensuring seamless integration with issuing, acquiring, and scheme ecosystems. The incumbent will work closely with product, technology, operations, and external stakeholders (banks, schemes, vendors) to deliver scalable and compliant switching capabilities while maintaining high service reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery, implementation, and optimization of payment switching solutions on the Network Flex platform. Coordinate with product, technology, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with issuing, acquiring, and scheme ecosystems.
