Job Description As a Switchboard operator you will be the voice of the hotel, handling incoming calls and emails and ensuring that all guest inquiries are managed efficiently and professionally. You will work in the Front Office team to support smooth daily operations and deliver a first-class guest experience. Working Hours Part-time, every other weekend Additional shifts may be available when needed Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails Assist the Front Office with administrative tasks Communicate messages and information between departments Ensure a warm, professional, and efficient guest service at all times About You Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken Service-oriented, efficient, and solution-focused Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience from reception, customer service, or similar roles is an advantage Additional Information Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?
