Responsibilities Key Accountability The answering of calls from the outside to notify doctors, transfer to patient room or transfer to another UPC. Utilization of Vocera for communication of codes. Utilization of computer with Window word, Excel and Outlook for communication and everyday activities. Willing and ready to assist other team members with their duties as time permits or need arises. Other duties as assigned (duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time). Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivilent. Experience: Excel, Word, and Outlook Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to work individually and as a group.
