This includes scheduling and allocation of work. There is a requirement use IT, and you should have an interest and good understanding of IT programmes.   There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the Organisation. You will be required to work in accordance with a roster which includes early shift, back shift, and weekends, and will be required to work a shift pattern. This role will require flexible evening and weekend working.   The grade for this post is Grade 2 Level 4 - £20.66 - £21.25 per hour.
