Job Description AUTOSAR Architecture Design and Implementation (BSW including operating system, communication stack, memory management, and diagnostic services. Toolchain Management and Configuration (Vector, ETAS, RTE) ECU Software Development and Integration: collaboration with other teams to define ECU specification and software requirement, handle MCAL and customer device driver development. Compliance and Standards: ensuring SW compliance with ISO26262, ISO21434, and ASPICE. Testing and Debugging Communication and Collaboration: Guide teams on AUTOSAR methodology and best practices Adaptive AUTOSAR Expertise (if applicable): ADAS, AD, SOA, SDV. Qualifications 5 year experience in Autosar SW development / low level device driver dev. Knowledge of AUTOSAR-Specific and toolchain; Multi-core configuration; C++/C, Python; DevOps, CI/CD, Git/Gerrit; Embedded software development (BSP, Compiler, Debugging – LautherBach, GDB) Knowledge of Operating system, RTOS, multithreading; Automotive Standards and Compliance (ISO262622, ISO21434,…) Knowledge of using CANOE, CANalyzer, CANape, or Wireshark; Network Infrastructure or Programming (TCP/UDP, CAN, LIN, SPI...). Good at Problem-Solving and Analytical Skill. Good in English communication Ability to self-learn new technology and take initiative. Openness, flexibility, team player and result oriented.
