ABOUT THE ROLE

Luxe Cosmetic Clinic is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. This part-time role is based in our Chatswood, NSW clinic and will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our clients and supporting the smooth running of our operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Warmly greeting and welcoming clients as they arrive
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic’s booking system
• Handling incoming phone calls and email inquiries with excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Assisting clients with payment processing and managing accounts
• Maintain a presentable front desk and welcoming clinic environment
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and assisting in managing social media content (e.g., Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu)
• Provide administrative support to the executive and board team
