Responsibilities

As Cluster General Manager, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across our Sydney attractions. You will be accountable for delivering exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and high-performing teams, all in alignment with our brand and corporate values.
You’ll lead the attraction management team, overseeing operations, guest experience, capital projects, HSS, displays, retail, facilities, and overall team engagement. From delivering annual EBITDA targets and managing capital projects, to enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong local partnerships, this is a dynamic leadership role with real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving operational excellence and commercial performance across the cluster
  • Leading the delivery of innovative attraction experiences and seasonal programming
  • Developing and executing 5-year strategic and annual business plans
  • Overseeing financial performance, including cost control, revenue targets, and compliance
  • Creating a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Representing the attractions within the local community and tourism sector
