ABOUT THE ROLE
Compass Group are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Receptionist with a strong ability to interact effectively with stakeholders of all levels to provide general office and administrative support to the Sydney office teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure a safe working environment for all visitors & staff whilst managing visitor security passes, greeting and directing a high volume of internal and external guests.
- Manage a busy switchboard in a professional and timely manner, manage a high volume of daily postal correspondence, site correspondence and other mail.
- Provide general office and administrative support to the Sydney office teams such as ordering business cards, assist with binding, managing cab charge cards etc.
- Manage and maintain meeting rooms.
- Assist in the organisation of office events & catering for internal meetings and events.
