We are currently seeking a passionate and highly organised People & Culture Advisor to join our team in Sydney. Position Summary: As a People & Culture Advisor, you will be crucial in coordinating daily People & Culture activities. Your responsibilities will include onboarding, employment relations, advisory support, payroll checks, and supporting organisational change and culture initiatives. You will be instrumental in promoting the People & Culture brand and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Act as the key point of contact for escalated People & Culture enquiries. Provide guidance and support to employees on policies and procedures. Coach managers on people leadership, employee relations, and performance management. Play a vital role in our policy review project and provide recommendations based on industry best practice. Lead employee onboarding and induction programs. Manage employment changes, including transfers, promotions, and terminations. Champion People & Culture initiatives with a focus on employee engagement Create reports and analyse people data to support decision-making and outcomes. Participate in WHS Committee activities and facilitate investigations into workplace incidents. Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years of experience at the Advisor level, with a solid foundation in People & Culture. Experience managing employment relations cases. Experience with New Zealand legislation preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
