JOB DESCRIPTION
The Symantec Product Marketing Lead EMEA will be an expert in Symantec’s value propositions. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the customer pain points, the competitor landscape and the market to create a clear, compelling narrative. You will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, revenue growth, and market leadership for Arrow & Symantec. You will align business with key partners, conduct market assessments, and contribute to our success through creativity, commercial insight, proactivity, and commitment.
SKILLS
Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product strategies. Ensure the product roadmap aligns with market needs and customer requirements.
Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features. This includes target audience definition, messaging, pricing, and sales strategies.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with the target audience. Differentiate Symantec’s solutions in a competitive market.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, sales tools, and digital content to support product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell Symantec’s products.
Analytics and Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to help refine marketing strategies.
Customer Advocacy: Identify and cultivate customer advocates to promote Symantec’s products and solutions through case studies, testimonials, and references.
Symantec Evangelist and Keynote Speaker: Represent Symantec & Arrow as an evangelist at industry events and serve as a keynote speaker to promote our solutions and share expertise.
