With the aim of strengthening the Congress & Event department of Fidia Farmaceutici for the planning, management and reporting of events organized in the Abano Terme head quarter, in Italy and abroad, we are looking for a

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Languages/Humanities or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite.
  • Good knowledge of English (level B1).
  • Immediate availability.
  • Preferably, previous work experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to details, flexibility, capacity of collaborating and pursuing the most effective route.
Responsibilities
  • Respecting the annual event schedule, you will support managing the timing of deadlines, and ensure adherence to the planned budget.
  • You will cooperate managing the relationships with vendors and providers, developing quotes and negotiating proposals for the purchase of goods and services.
  • You will draft contracts with congress organizing secretaries.
  • You will prepare pre-event information briefings and post-event reports, administrative and final reports for event invoicing.
  • You will ensure the compliance with company’s policies and Confindustria Medical Devices Code of Ethics during conference activities.
