Key Responsibilities Review facility agreements, loan documentation and internal approval conditions for new and existing loan facilities. Administer and monitor syndicated and bilateral loan facilities throughout their lifecycle. Monitor financial and non-financial covenants, reporting requirements and contractual obligations. Review notices, reports and documentation received from agent banks and loan management platforms, escalating issues where appropriate. Support the processing of amendments, waivers, consents and lender voting requests. Process loan transactions including drawdowns, repayments, interest payments and fees accurately and within required timescales.

• Conduct portfolio reviews, credit monitoring and asset quality assessments. Prepare management information, portfolio reports and internal monitoring documentation.
