Development of novel organometallic or silicon-based compounds (including synthesis, purification, and analysis) for ALD/CVD thin film processing. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? We are seeking a skilled chemist with extensive experience in the design, synthesis and purification of organometallic and/or silicon-based compounds. The main responsibilities will be: Design and synthesis of organometallic and silicon-based compounds and purification Analysis using NMR, TGA, DSC, mass spectrometry, etc. Support of ALD/CVD deposition tool maintenance Timely and concise reporting (R&D reports, patent applications, internal meetings, customer meetings, etc.) Lead and organize the tasks within work packages/project Mentoring junior scientists and interns Support interactions within AL group and with other customers Join the safety activities in ALL Are you a MATCH? Minimum: Related master degree with 5 year experience. Preferred: PhD with some additional experience or Postdoc Languages: English : Business level required. E-mail exchanges and meetings are held in English. Japanese: Conversation level preferred.
