Description

Lead the strategic development and enhancement of Synthetic Prime Finance products and infrastructure, driving the end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization to market delivery. Define and articulate detailed business requirements (BRDs), create comprehensive project plans, and oversee the execution of global initiatives with a sharp focus on client needs and prevailing market trends. Collaborate extensively with sales, business managers, and technology teams to align product strategy with long-term business vision and integrate innovative solutions across the platform. Manage a book of work, ensuring efficient delivery, resource allocation, and prioritization of key strategic initiatives. Assess business priorities, identify strategic opportunities for growth and efficiency, and effectively communicate development plans, deliverables, and potential issues to all relevant stakeholders. Extensive experience in Prime Finance or Equity Finance, with a deep understanding of synthetic products such as portfolio swaps, hedge fund strategies across asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives), and market structure. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale change initiatives and complex product development projects within a dynamic financial services environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, for effective stakeholder management, client engagement, and presenting strategic visions across all levels, including senior leadership. Strong analytical capabilities combined with a structured approach to problem-solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to define an end-state vision for complex financial platforms and products. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead virtual project teams within a matrix organizational structure, fostering collaboration and driving consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders.
