As part of this growth, we are currently looking for a SysOps Consultant Job Description 🎯Job Summary: We are looking for a SysOps Consultant responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of client infrastructure environments. The role involves handling Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management, while also supporting and contributing to infrastructure improvement and transformation projects. The consultant will ensure proper documentation of systems and procedures, monitor operational activities, follow up on project tasks, and participate in the on-call rotation to guarantee service continuity. Key Responsibilities: Ensure operational readiness and continuity (MCO) of client environments. intervene pricipally on Linux/Unix, Windows,AWS, AZURE, GCP, etc.. Be able to develop scripts in Bash/python/powershell to automate repetitive tasks. Manage and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, changes, and problems. Lead and support infrastructure evolution projects (client and internal). Collaborate with external support when necessary to resolve incidents within SLA. Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base. Serve as a technical reference for client environments. Act as the primary technical contact for clients. Facilitate and lead technical committees and meetings. Monitor and ensure progress of planned technical actions and projects. Be able to work with Transverse team ( SDM/network/Secops ) Participate in on-call rotations (approximately every 4 to 6 weeks) Able to cover french hours ( 10hr - 19 HR MRU time) Ability to mentor junior engineers and transfer knowledge internally Qualifications 🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications: Skills and Competencies : Strong knowledge of Operating Systems: Linux/Unix and Windows Experience with Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, etc. Good understanding of on-premise virtualization environments, particularly VMware Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell Strong communication skills and the ability to think outside the box OS and/or cloud certifications would be an advantage 5 years+ experience Additional Information ✅ Why Join Us: Be part of a global digital transformation journey.
