  JOB DESCRIPTION   Position Title:  System Admin GCAS (System Admin Concur) Reports To:      Process Delivery Manager – P2P Role Type:        Individual Contributor Location:           Pune                               Responsibilities: Key user of the Concur application Second line support to resolve end-user- and application topics Coordinate support issues with other support functions Participate in Concur implementation projects and other project related activities Support in roll-out of new releases - testing, evaluation and modification of local procedures Be the network into the third- (FOC GCAS) and forth (Central Concur team) line support Work together with Functional Specialists and Process- and Master Data Owners to perform process and system evaluations to improve user experience and business operations Application maintenance, support and master data mgmt., such as: Monitor file imports and act on errors/warnings Create support materials to end user and admins Run add-hoc reports and schedule reports   Competencies:  Understanding of Financial processes, process development and improvement. Good understanding in the complexity behind Travel & Expense and it’s cross-functional processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Continues improvement mind-set Service oriented approach and excellent communication skills Extended networking and teaming skills Fluent in English   Candidate Profile: 4-7 years university studies within Computer science, business administration or Finance 4-7 years’ experience working with system administration, Travel & Expenses or Financial Systems   If interested, please share your updated profile @ neha.chawda@skf.com
