We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud infrastructure management. This individual will serve as a high-level troubleshooter, project driver, and independent contributor, playing a key role in designing, configuring, and maintaining scalable cloud environments. The ideal candidate thrives in complex technical environments, can see large projects through to completion, and brings strong problem-solving skills to mission-critical challenges.

• Cloud Configuration & Management: Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Act as a top-level technical troubleshooter for infrastructure, networking, and system-level issues across large-scale environments.
• Project Delivery: Lead and independently execute complex projects from planning to completion, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are delivered at a high standard.
• Automation & Optimization: Develop scripts and tooling for automating deployments, monitoring, and cloud resource optimization.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to best practices in cloud security, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with development, DevOps, and IT operations teams to align cloud infrastructure with business goals and technical needs.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and workers’ compensation statutes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for cost containment processes.
