About the role: The System Administrator Associate will provide hands-on technical support to employees and help maintain the reliability of LRN’s internal IT systems. The role includes assisting with hardware setup, software installation, network connectivity, and troubleshooting issues across Windows and macOS environments. This is a fully on-site position at our Mumbai office. It is best suited for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving problems, working directly with people, and learning from an experienced IT team What you'll do: Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support via phone, email, and chat Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating when necessary Track and resolve Help Desk tickets within agreed service levels Support office IT operations, including conference room and A/V setup Perform regular maintenance, software updates, and system patching Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues Maintain accurate documentation of assets, incidents, and standard procedures What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a corporate environment Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools preferred Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach Technically skilled in Microsoft 365 | Exchange | Okta | Intune | Active Directory | Mimecast | CrowdStrike .
