We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to join our IT team and take ownership of our day-to-day systems operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, thrives in hybrid infrastructures, and wants to grow deeper into cloud and automation technologies. You will be responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and scalable systems while supporting users in a global environment. About Us null Your mission Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) environments Manage identity, access, and security configurations across cloud and hybrid systems Support and maintain Azure environments, including virtual machines and networking Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, identity, and access-related issues Automate repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell where applicable Collaborate with IT, Security, and other teams to ensure system stability and compliance Take ownership of daily IT operations and continuously improve reliability and efficiency Requirements 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years as a System Administrator Strong PowerShell automation experience – MUST Hands-on Azure & Microsoft 365 automation – MUST Practical use of AI tools in automation workflows – MUST Strong experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, IAM, and cloud services Independent, ownership-driven, fluent in English Nice to have Hybrid environments (on-prem AD + Azure), VMware Power Automate / Power Apps Azure multi-subscription experience Microsoft / Azure certifications
