This is a remote position.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Windows Administrator to join our healthcare IT team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of our Windows-based systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in a Windows environment and a strong understanding of healthcare IT compliance, security, and operational continuity.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (physical and virtual) and related services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Apply security patches, updates, and service packs in accordance with HIPAA and internal compliance standards.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across multiple systems.
• Support endpoint management tools (e.g., Endpoint Central) and assist with software deployments and updates
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Collaborate with the NOC and security teams to respond to alerts and incidents.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
