We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Network Administration Tier 3 and be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization’s network infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting network issues, implementing security measures, and ensuring optimal network performance. The System Administrator will also be responsible for managing server configurations, backups, and updates. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree or higher in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a managed services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, as well as general networking concepts.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support to contract clients.
  • Respond to escalated technical issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide solutions to clients.
  • Install and configure software and hardware components for clients.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients and maintain a positive relationship with them.
  • Document all issues, resolutions, and client interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure the client’s needs are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
