Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensuring Optimal Performance of the EAP Expert Software
  • Evaluating and Coordinating the Deployment of New Features Within the EAP Expert Software
  • Overseeing Data Entry, Integrity, and Security within the EAP Expert Software
  • Developing Expertise in the Management and Effective Use of the EAP Expert Software
  • Collaborating with Clinical Staff to Improve the Efficiency of EAP Expert Workflows
  • Generating and Customizing Utilization Reports and Data Extracts
  • Conducting Training Sessions on EAP Expert Functionality and Usage
  • Providing End-User Support and Troubleshooting of the EAP Expert Software

Required/Minimum Qualifications
