Downer Professional Services is comprised of two business units, our Technical, Advisory, and Capability consulting practice and Team Downer , a major service partner to Defence. Together, we are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for our clients in Defence and National Security.
We currently have an opportunity for a System Administrator in either Canberra or Bungendore (NSW) to work on a Maritime Integrated Warfare Systems (MIWS) project .

This role offers a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including:

• Providing support within the business hours 0730 – 1600, Monday to Friday (time zones are in accordance with the site being supported).
• Work is performed in an office environment, but may include Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF).

• Any scheduled maintenance, updates and/or corrective action that affect the user operating the system must be completed outside of the normal business hours.The System Administrators shall provide site call-out outside of business hours, or as requested by the system operators and/or MIWS Product Manager.
