KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Azure AD & Entra ID (formerly Azure AD):


    • User and group management, conditional access policies, SSO, MFA

    • Hybrid identity environments (AAD Connect, sync/transition from on-prem AD)
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
    • Microsoft 365 integration, licensing, and compliance configurations
    • Troubleshooting authentication issues and AAD logs
    • General System Administration:


      • Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)

      • Patch management and endpoint compliance
      • PowerShell scripting and automation
      • Intune/Endpoint Manager administration
      • Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
      • Experience with remote desktop support and ticketing systems
      • Backup and disaster recovery strategies using Veeam
      • Security best practices, auditing, and monitoring tools
