QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 yrs network admin; CCNA or equivalent preferred.
• Routing/switching, Wi‑Fi, NAC (e.g., ClearPass).
• ServiceNow/change mgmt familiarity.
• Former law enforcement supervision & veterans — highly preferred.
• U.S. citizenship & ability to obtain a Federal Law Enforcement background check.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Administers Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and backups for training/enterprise services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Configure/maintain switches/routers/firewalls (Aruba/Cisco/Fortinet).
• Monitor with SolarWinds/Orion; manage VLANs, QoS, NAC.
• Support VPN/remote access; troubleshoot performance.
• Maintain diagrams/runbooks; follow CAB/change control.
• Support VTC connectivity and surge events.
