Besides, you proactively share your ideas and enjoy collaborating closely with the development team to stay perfectly aligned.

YOUR SKILLS

Must have

• 5+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator (f/m/d) or in a similar role
• A strong background in Linux environments
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Python, Bash)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. KVM, VMware or Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of networking (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
• Proactive mindset and focus on delivering high quality results
• Fluency in English required

Extra credit for

• Java skills
• CI/CD Tools (e.g. Gitlab, Gradle, Jenkins)
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in a regulated environment
• Familiarity with container technologies (e.g. Docker, LxD, Kubernetes, Rancher)
• Interests in DevOps
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Server+, RHCSA)
• Experience with IaC tools (e.g. Ansible)
• Knowledge of Storage, Networking, Backups
• Experience with Mac OS

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our technology infrastructure by minimizing downtime and maximizing system reliability
• Take ownership of infrastructure improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate closely with the development teams to deploy new software
• Develop and document system processes and operational procedures to ensure consistency and transparency
• Respond promptly to system outages and incidents to minimize disruptions
• Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of operating systems, servers, and networks
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
