With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration. monday.com is looking for a hands-on, driven, and impact-oriented System Administrator to join our global IT infrastructure team. This is not a “keep the lights on” role; we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic SaaS environment, takes full ownership, learns fast, and stays calm and solution-oriented when things break. About The Role Own core infrastructure environments (network, security, endpoints, and SaaS) across global offices and cloud environments. Design, implement, and maintain resilient network and security architectures (LAN/WAN/VPN, firewalls, access, zero-trust). Lead and execute global infrastructure projects from planning to rollout, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and documentation. Troubleshoot complex incidents with a sense of urgency and ownership, and communicate status updates clearly to stakeholders. Continuously improve system performance and reliability using automation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Automation teams to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure. Requirements 3+ years hands-on in global IT infrastructure and networking (switching, routing, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls). Proven experience with Palo Alto, Meraki, or similar firewalls. Experience with SaaS ecosystems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Intune, Jamf, etc.). Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure). Experience with monitoring and incident management tools. Experience in Scripting in Python or other automation tools – an advantage. Advantage: Experience managing backup and disaster recovery systems. Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities Experience leading or participating in large-scale, cross-functional IT Projects are a strong plus.
