Description

Position Summary: The role is responsible for supporting the organizations IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, cloud environments, desktop support, and cybersecurity measures. The incumbent will assist in maintaining system reliability, security, and performance while providing effective technical support to end users. Job Role: Support the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Assist in managing server environments (Windows/Linux), including system updates, backups, and monitoring. Provide basic administration support for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Deliver desktop support to end users including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Support cybersecurity practices by monitoring systems and reporting potential threats or vulnerabilities. Assist in maintaining data center operations, backups, and disaster recovery processes. Provide support for email systems and resolve related technical issues. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, services, and issue resolution. Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and prepare basic performance reports. Required Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, network support, or system administration. Required Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Skills & Competency: Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and cloud platforms. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and user support skills. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
