You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and services. You will handle complex incidents, contribute to infrastructure projects, and support the continuous improvement of our IT operations.

• Managing and maintaining Windows Server environments (2012R2/2016/2019)
• Administering Active Directory, GPOs, and user/workstation policies
• Supporting virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V)
• Troubleshooting L3 incidents related to systems, storage, and networking
• Managing backups, restores, and NAS/cloud storage solutions
• Monitoring system performance and security (ESET, Splunk, Nagios)
• Writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation
