REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role
· Strong knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN), servers, and databases
· Proficiency with operating systems including Windows, Linux (e.g., RHEL, Ubuntu), and macOS
· Experience with system security practices, backups, and recovery techniques
· Ability to write and troubleshoot scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Perl)
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
· Professional certifications such as MCSA, RHCSA, CompTIA Server+, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
· Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or Azure

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated System Administrator to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You will support hospital and clinic operations by maintaining networks, servers, workstations, and security systems while providing excellent user support.
· Install, configure, and maintain IT systems including software, hardware, and network components
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to IT resources
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent outages
· Implement security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery plans
· Perform routine security audits, updates, and patch management
· Provide technical support and training to end-users and teams
· Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations and procedures
· Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to deploy new technologies
· Participate in on-call and after-hours support as needed
