Description Supports system administration activities to include installing new software releases and system upgrades, evaluating and installing patches, resolving software and system related problems; account management, monitoring and auditing system logs, back-up and recovery, security, managing operating systems, and storage management. Supports network administration requirements including identity management of network access to authorized personnel; providing remote access; providing network configuration management, problem identification, troubleshooting, and installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrades of hardware and associated equipment. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Supports the creation and maintenance of SOPs, FAQs, user training, and other technical documentation to support deliverable requirements, internal team needs, and to share with end users to support self-resolution. Follows all customer security and change management requirements. Familiarity with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures, to include ITIL and ISO best practices. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 4-6 years of relevant experience required. Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required. Relevant IT certification like Comptia A+ or Security+ preferred but not required.
