This position is focused on supporting all IT matters. Typical duties involve the troubleshooting and isolation of problems on the PC/Printer/Network level and providing fixes and solutions in conjunction with the CIO and team. If you have 3 or more years’ experience in IT, we would love to talk to you!
Given our clientele and business model, we are dependent on our staff working in-office. This is not a remote position.

• Provide Tier 1–3 technical support for 70+ users, including troubleshooting workstations, printers, and network issues.
• Deliver Tier 2 support for online banking customers when issues cannot be resolved by Tier 1 staff.
• Assist with network administration, including user account management, permissions, and access rights.
• Help implement, secure, and maintain hardware, software, and critical infrastructure.
• Monitor, manage, and update information security systems and devices.
• Manage, migrate, and monitor servers and workstations.
• Provide backup coverage for other IT functions.
• Participate in special IT projects as assigned.
