Pioneer Trust Bank is known for their culture in the community internal and external. Please come join our technical staff as the System Administrator at Pioneer Trust Bank! This position is focused on supporting all IT matters. Typical duties involve the troubleshooting and isolation of problems on the PC/Printer/Network level and providing fixes and solutions in conjunction with the CIO and team. If you have 3 or more years’ experience in IT, we would love to talk to you!
Given our clientele and business model, we are dependent on our staff working in-office. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1–3 technical support for 70+ users, including troubleshooting workstations, printers, and network issues.
  • Deliver Tier 2 support for online banking customers when issues cannot be resolved by Tier 1 staff.
  • Assist with network administration, including user account management, permissions, and access rights.
  • Help implement, secure, and maintain hardware, software, and critical infrastructure.
  • Monitor, manage, and update information security systems and devices.
  • Manage, migrate, and monitor servers and workstations.
  • Provide backup coverage for other IT functions.
  • Participate in special IT projects as assigned.
