Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System & Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves ensuring reliable system performance, network security, and availability while managing enterprise communication systems and surveillance technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience as a System & Network Administrator or similar role Strong knowledge of: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs Network hardware (Routers, Switches, Firewalls -Fortinet) Biometric attendance and access control systems CCTV camera installation, configuration, and management Microsoft Outlook and Exchange administration, Office 365 Key Responsibilities System Administration Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and operating systems Monitor system performance, availability, and backups Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control Apply system updates, patches, and security fixes Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS-related issues Network Administration Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks Manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points Monitor network performance and ensure high availability Troubleshoot network issues and implement preventive measures Maintain network documentation and diagrams Security, Surveillance & Access Control Manage and maintain biometric systems (fingerprint, facial recognition, access control devices) Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems, NVRs/DVRs, and video storage Ensure surveillance systems uptime, data retention, and access security Coordinate with vendors for biometrics and CCTV hardware/software support Implement physical and logical security best practices Email & Communication Systems Administer and support Microsoft Outlook and Exchange environments Manage email accounts, distribution lists, mailbox permissions, and policies Troubleshoot Outlook-related issues (mail flow, profiles, PST/OST, synchronization) Implement email security, backup, and archiving policies
