WORKPLACE: LISBOA (HYBRID)PROFILE:

• Higher education in Information Technology;
• At least 5 years’ professional experience in implementing, administering and operating Cloud environments (Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365) and traditional environments (Windows Server, Unix/Linux, VMware);
• Proven experience in managing and operating Microsoft Active Directory and its organisational structure (OUs), in relation to users, service accounts, PCs (desktops and laptops) and servers (Windows and Linux);
• Proficiency in managing and operating VMware platforms;
• Skills in managing resources, licensing and creating the respective Microsoft 365 profiles, with a focus on forecasting trends, continuous improvement and anticipating needs;
• Mastery of Microsoft SCCM for management and operation;
• Solid knowledge of provisioning computing resources (VMs) in VMware and Microsoft Azure technologies;
• Knowledge of implementing and maintaining the IT Governance component (such as CMDB, TAGs, compliance, audits, etc.);
• Familiarity with recording and managing operations using the ITSM ServiceNow tool;
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
• Good communication and customer-orientated skills;
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
