Job Overview: The information technology systems administrator is a vital part of the IT department at Sinceri Senior Living. As the IT systems administrator, you will be critical in delivering excellent customer service to the IT department’s customers. In addition, you will be a point of escalation for some of the more challenging problems encountered by our users. Working with the Enterprise engineers and the helpdesk technicians, you will coordinate the delivery of technical solutions across all Sinceri’s facilities. You will propose areas of improvement and help with automated process setup and management. This role also includes travel to communities to provide onsite IT support and outreach, including community transition work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in system science or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of automation and scripting
  • 2-4 years of experience

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work with the Helpdesk to resolve open tickets promptly
  • Represent the IT department as a single point of contact in project meetings
  • Be a point of escalation for the Helpdesk technicians
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of operational processes
  • Assist the ITAM and IT engineering in rolling out new hardware
  • Configure and install systems into the existing IT ecosphere
  • Run patching and maintenance in coordination with IT Engineering
  • Perform monitoring and maintenance tasks on a routine basis
  • Continually learn about new technology and processes
  • Help with the planning and implementation of ITSM or ITIL
  • Manage IT Helpdesk tools
  • Administer Sinceri’s Entra and M365 environment
  • Assist in the mapping and maintenance of Sinceri’s IT topology
  • Travel to communities to provide onsite IT support and outreach, including community transition work
