Job Title: Program Manager – Candidate Pool Location: Chantilly, VA Security Clearance: TS/SCI Required Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking candidates to work on a future contract, that we expect to begin immediately. DUTIES Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of contract support activities to be managed. Manage program execution, removing impediments to flow, and risk and dependency management. In addition, the Contractor shall align teams to a shared business and technology mission and realize the accomplishment of a value stream by supporting solutions that deliver benefit to the end-user. Maintains contact with all RTM teams and ensures standardization of policies/procedures and record keeping across all teams. Identifies and understands dependencies between teams and development efforts, ensuring work is executed according to those dependencies and associated risks. The Contractor shall support the Government Program, Project, and Segment Requirements Team at governance board meetings for approval of new user needs and requirements as requested. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of experience, or Masters plus five years of experience in Government Program and Information Technology Management or a related field. Experience in staffing programs with properly trained and qualified personnel using past efforts. Experience in managing programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the contract. Experience in managing agile design and development efforts using past efforts. Experience with NSG, TPED, and the systems that enable those missions
Responsibilities
The contractor will manage overall contract support operations, coordinating multiple projects and personnel across various locations. They will ensure standardization of policies and procedures while supporting the Government Program and Project Requirements Team.
