SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• You must be able to obtain and maintain TSPV level Australian Government Security Clearance.
• Eligible to obtain authorisation to work with ITAR controlled equipment and technology Periodical interstate and international travel will be required
• You will need to successfully clear a pre-employment and police check.

• Support systems, software, hardware and interfaces Identify, investigate and resolve incidents and problems with system software, hardware and interfaces, and take remedial action where necessary
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of configuration documentation
• Tailor and customise system software, system hardware and interfaces to meet user requirements
• Monitor and optimize performance of systems
• Provide advice on and assist with configuration and connection of existing and new systems, applications and data feeds into and out of system
• Lead and/or participate in regular departmental and project meetings and technical reviews (both internal and external)
• Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance.
