Description TRISTAR is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team and support the critical Ground-Based Air Defense (GBAD) program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development, integration, and sustainment of advanced defense systems. The successful candidate will work closely with both government and contractor teams to ensure seamless system performance, effective software and network configuration, and successful testing and troubleshooting. Responsibilities: Provide system integration support, including software installation, configuration, and network setup at multiple sites. Support development, engineering, and integration of the Common Software Baseline (CSB) to align with program requirements. Integrate vendor-supplied and system software updates into the CSB. Support software testing at government and contractor facilities Requirements Proven experience in systems administration. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Hands-on experience with VMware environments, including ESXi & vCenter administration and management of multiple VMs. Strong Windows Enterprise administration background (Windows Server 2019/2022; Windows 10 & 11). Proficiency with Active Directory and Group Policy. Red Hat Linux administration experience. Ability and willingness to travel to government and contractor facilities as needed. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Ability to work in both independent and collaborative team environments. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or another related field is preferred.
