SILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

· Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking concepts.
· Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
· Familiarity with backup and recovery tools and strategies.
· Good understanding of security protocols and best practices.
· Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
· Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

· Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and system software.
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
· Perform regular backups and ensure data security and disaster recovery readiness.
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
· Apply system updates, patches, and configuration changes as needed.
· Maintain and enforce security policies, including antivirus and firewall configurations.
· Respond promptly to service outages, technical issues, and user support requests.
· Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
· Collaborate with other IT staff to support business applications and IT initiatives.
· Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions.
