SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Solid understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and basic network configuration.
  • Experience with basic server administration, including updates, patches, and backups.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization concepts.
  • Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices, such as firewalls and antivirus software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including user support and customization.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) for automating simple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate records of system changes.
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with teams and providing technical support.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
  • Provide user support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM issues, including user management and addressing custom functionality needs.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights based on company policies.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing fast resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support business applications, databases, and cloud-based services.
  • Ensure Dynamics CRM integrates seamlessly with other business applications and troubleshoot any related issues.
  • Oversee the implementation of disaster recovery plans, ensuring systems can be restored in case of failure.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and configuration management tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support for system-related issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Document all processes, configurations, and changes for auditing and knowledge-sharing purposes.
  • Support the customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflows to enhance business processes.
