Description
As our System Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our network and server systems, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our data, and implementing disaster recovery plans. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain network and server systems - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network and server systems - Monitor network and server performance and make recommendations for improvements - Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery plans - Install and maintain software and hardware updates - Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures - Monitor system logs and activity to identify and resolve potential security threats Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Experience with network and server administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance - Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and disaster recovery - Familiarity with cloud computing and storage solutions - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Certification in Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant technologies is a plus
