As a Sys-Admin Working Student, you’ll make sure colleagues at the office, Fulfilment Centers, and Hubs can work efficiently, while helping maintain secure and reliable systems that allow customers across the Netherlands, Germany, and France to get their groceries on time. You’ll work hands-on with our IT infrastructure, deployment systems, and fleet technology, contributing to exciting projects across the company. What challenges await you IT support & troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support for Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS systems, keeping colleagues productive. System & network management: Assist with deployment systems (WDS, Jamf, Workspace One, Soti), account management, and network/security practices. Data & security: Help monitor access management tools (Google Workspace, Keycloak) and maintain secure systems. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Tech Teams, Office Managers, and other colleagues to ensure smooth IT operations. Process improvement: Contribute to best practices in asset management, system security, and IT operations. Your superpowers Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in an IT-related field, or have some IT experience. Comfortable using Windows; basic experience with macOS, Android, or iOS is a plus. Fluent in English; German is a plus. Approachable, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, eager to learn, able to work independently, and not afraid to ask questions. Available to work 16–20 hours per week, fully on-site. Curious about IT and eager to gain hands-on experience.
