Yellow Brick Games is seeking a System Administrator with a focus on Windows Device Management and End User Support. You will help lead, implement and maintain vital systems that power all aspects of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • French and English, spoken and written.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant job experience.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation program.
  • Staying updated with relevant emerging technologies, threats and continuously evolving skills.
  • Ability to support and present ideas in a case-by-case user-friendly language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Office, and Intune.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and to lift and carry items up to 40lbs (18 kg).
  • At a minimum, an executable and functional understanding of:Microsoft Intune.PowerShell and Batch Scripting.Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • At a minimum, a fundamental understanding of:Security.Networking.Containerization technologies such as K8s and Docker.At least one cloud-based platform such as AWS/Azure/GCP.The importance of ITGC and IT Frameworks such as the ITSG-33, NIST CSF and ISO 27001, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Deployments of software and system upgrades, ensuring vulnerabilities are timely addressed according to established SLA’s and with minimal disruption to users.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software.
  • Frontline response to incoming IT Helpdesk messages/calls, emails, and tickets.
  • Assist with monitoring and maintaining IT asset inventory, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance, and replacement cycles.
  • Contribute to knowledge base development for ongoing technical improvements and user self-service solutions.
  • Assist in conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational goals, established SLA’s, licensing and regional requirements.
