Lucid Motors is currently seeking a Supply Chain Systems Administrator. This position requires a deep understanding of Lucid’s supply chain systems. The Systems Administrator will lead systems role appropriation, systems documentation, and systems training. Key internal stakeholders include IT, supply chain, finance.

Responsibilities
  • Creating and managing user accounts and security permissions, and adding role-based access for users to supply chain systems
  • Creating, managing, and deleting user accounts and access privileges
  • Configure and maintain Lucid’s supply chain business applications
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
  • Work closely with the Lucid supply chain team and other systems users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to supply chain systems access and capabilities
  • Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues about supply chain systems
  • Provide user training and onboarding for supply chain systems users both internal and external
  • Partner with IT security and administration team where necessary
  • Support a mix of internal and external systems
