• Over 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address business needs and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in using work tracking tools such as Azure DevOps to manage project tasks, backlogs, and feature definitions in an agile environment.
• Expertise in producing detailed designs, system process models, and wireframes that align with business requirements, while ensuring clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications like Salesforce and experience working closely with technical specialists to facilitate system development, define integration requirements, and manage system dependencies.
