We are now extending the application to interested candidates who would apply for the role of
System Analyst/Developer to join our Service Delivery Division. The candidate must be an
enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital
transformation profession who would work closely with our Division Manager and (internal /
external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our services.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the quality of a System Analyst/Developer who
is savvy in providing technical solutions to our clients. You would also work closely with the client’s
User Task (EUC/RPA/Tools) team and internal/external stakeholders to track and implement
solutions that relate to quality or process improvements.
Candidate is also responsible to ensure that the daily activities are in compliance with Braindge’s
Credo and business policies. He/she reports to the Team Leader and carry out leading functions
of the department.
Working days: Mondays to Fridays
Working hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Qualifications: Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
Work related experience: 3 – 5 years

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in MS Access, Excel macros, and RPA tools.
  • System implementation and automation tool development experience in banking

projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge user needs and technical

solutions.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Hands-on experience of using Access and Excel macro, UIPath (RPA)
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with end users to identify pain points and propose suitable automation

solutions.

  • Develop tools for migration and operational processes.

o Modify existing systems and implement new functionalities as required.

  • Reporting

o Report issues related to the development and progress of daily activities to User

owned EUC/RPA/Tools PIC

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure developed solutions align with business needs.
  • Any other duties related to this role.
