JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP to join our government client in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise to optimize ERP systems, streamline processes, and contribute to key organizational initiatives.
As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting D365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the platform aligns with business goals while maintaining efficiency and performance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in system analysis and support, with at least 3 years focused on D365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP module configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in system integration, including APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within D365.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of D365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP architecture and functionality.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, and other related tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to write and understand functional specifications, workflows, and use cases.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting project demands.
  • Clearance Requirements: Must have or be eligible for Enhanced Reliability clearance.
Responsibilities
