We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to provide ongoing support for the Department’s SharePoint environments. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the stability, usability, and continuous improvement of our digital collaboration platforms. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the enhancement of digital tools used across the department.

• Provide business-as-usual (BAU) support for SharePoint environments, including troubleshooting, site maintenance, and user assistance
• Engage with teams across the department to understand user needs and deliver practical SharePoint solutions
• Assist in the development and implementation of site structures, permissions, and content management approaches
• Monitor and respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner
• Contribute to documentation, guides, and training materials to support user adoption and system understanding
• Work collaboratively with IT and business teams to ensure alignment with digital governance and security standards

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

Mandatory

• Strong experience in administrating SharePoint Online (and legacy SharePoint On Premise)
• Demonstrated experience with frontend web technologies i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
• Knowledge of configurable, out-of-the box SharePoint capabilities
• Provide user documentation and technical support including identification of system issues and analysis of problem source
• Experience working with, or a sound understanding of, Agile and Scrum development practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to provide high level support to other technical staff and product managers

Desirable

• Experience using ShareGate for SharePoint Migration
• Experience in Power Platform (Automate, PowerApps) and other Microsoft 365 applications will be desirable
