Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have Strong hands-on experience with Fircosoft Payment Screening solutions. Experience working on sanctions screening / payment screening platforms (Fircosoft, Actimize, or similar). Solid understanding of AML, sanctions, and financial crime compliance. Experience in banking payment systems (SWIFT, RTGS, SEPA, ISO 20022). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Technical Skills Fircosoft modules (Filter, Continuity, Case Manager, Control Center). System integration using APIs, MQ, file-based interfaces. Databases (Oracle / SQL Server). Unix/Linux environment. Understanding of high-volume, low-latency transaction processing systems.

Responsibilities

The System Analyst will manage and maintain Fircosoft payment screening solutions within a banking environment. They are responsible for system integration, ensuring compliance with AML and sanctions regulations, and managing stakeholder communications.
